A New Term, A New Hope
As the new autumn education term begins in Uganda, we are thrilled to share encouraging stories from our team working in the slum and deprived areas around Kampala.
The young children we support, both in our own school and through local state schools, are making incredible progress. They are thriving not only academically and in their sporting activities, but most importantly, they are growing in their faith. It is inspiring to see their love for the Lord, who has given them hope and a future.
We are excited to hear how they are developing discipline and a desire to be Christian role models and ambassadors for their families and communities. This transformation motivates us here at Warriors of Praise Ministries to continue our work, trusting in God to bring hope and Kingdom prosperity to future generations in Uganda. We believe this is achievable by restoring Christian foundations and rebuilding the House of Prayer in the nation (Mark 11:15-17).
The Challenge of a New Term
With the start of every new term comes the challenge of providing essential school fees and scholastic materials for the children. These costs amount to approximately £500 each term, in addition to our ongoing monthly expenses for staff salaries and other operational needs.
A Heartfelt Thank You
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to all of you. Your generous financial support over the years has been vital. Just as importantly, your prayers and encouragement sustain us through the challenging times in which we live.
How You Can Help
If you feel led to contribute towards the costs for this new school term, you can make a donation directly to our charity’s bank account. (Please feel free to contact me for details.) or through our Stewardship Services account.
Thank you once again for your partnership in this vital work. Abundant blessings to you. (Numbers 6:24-26)
